It offers a cozy king bed in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen smart TVs, washer/dryer, hair dryer, linens and towels, beach chairs and more.
The Space
Enjoy the all-new interiors of the house, relax on the dock by the canal with a glass of wine or bring your small boat or kayaks and explore the beauty of Ainger Creek and Lemon Bay. There are only two bridges to the Intracoastal Waterway (IWC) and the Gulf of Mexico.

The house is fully renovated with new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors and fresh paint. The open floor plan and the light colors and decor are inviting and add that special Florida vibe. The new furnishings and decor reflect the coastal setting.

A spacious screened patio allows you to enjoy the outdoors while offering you shade and protection from rain or mosquitos at the same time. The perfect spot to enjoy the view of the nicely landscaped back yard with mature trees and listen to the sounds of the ospreys.

One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, the smaller bedroom comes with a day bed so it can be used as an additional bed room or extra living space. There's a small breakfast nook in the kitchen for convenient breakfast and snacks. The patio features a full dining set.
