Located in a quiet side street, just 10 minutes from Northern Line (Colliers Wood underground station). 10 Mins to Clapham, 17 Mins to Vauxhall gay village and 26 mins to Soho. Night buses run direct from C. London to Colliers Wood.

Our Edwardian House was totally refurbished in 2014 in a contemporary style.. It has all the mod cons, such as Fiber Optic Broadband and WiFi (complimentary), softened water, filtered water on tap, gas central heating and double-glazing throughout. The house is set over three floors, with living accommodation and rear garden on the ground floor. The Loft Suite is on the top floor with the possibility to sleep up to 2 people and also offers a stylish private en suite bathroom with super-fine softened water walk-in power shower, wc, basin and feature tiles. Flooded with daylight from maxi-size skylight windows (blackout blinds), this peaceful private space has charm and visual character. Loft-style low level Standard Double bed (190cmx138cm) , 32" led tv, surround soundbar, hd satellite recorder and catch-up tv services, Blu-Ray.
In-room facilities: Dolce Gusto coffee machine and tea maker.

(note: Guests over 6'1"/1.8m tall may find some areas of the Loft and bathroom restricted height).

Additionally a sunny and spacious full bathroom on the ground floor is available to guests and comprises of a full bath, ceiling-recessed rain shower with softened water, and wc.

For the living facilities:
There is a contemporary island kitchen with Smeg appliances including fan oven and integrated microwave, dishwasher, central island with bar stools.
The dining area/den off the kitchen has a 50-inch 4k tv, hd satellite recorder and Blu-Ray, glass dining table and retro Eero Saarinen Tulip chairs. Patio doors to rear garden with patio table and lawn.

No smoking in the house, but Smoking is permitted in the garden only.

The house is a comfortable retreat from the bustle of central London, yet has great connections to the shops and entertainment that only central London can offer.
