The Barn:
Built by award-winning builders, Plas Coch Barn is a self-contained luxury getaway surrounded by the mountains of Snowdonia’s National Park.
As you approach the property, you'll be captivated by the charm of its traditional Welsh stone exterior, but step inside and you'll find yourself transported to a world of understated elegance and modern comfort.
The interior of the barn seamlessly blends rustic elements with contemporary design, featuring exposed wooden beams, polished oak floors, and a cozy fireplace. Every detail has been meticulously curated to ensure a sense of warmth and luxury throughout your stay.
On the ground floor you’ll find a state-of-the-art kitchen, main bathroom, a king size bed and living area with an indoor fireplace and media wall. The first floor is mezzanine style overlooking the ground floor, another king size bed can be found with a standalone bathtub.

Guest access:
Directly outside the entrance is a private terrace with a hot tub, table and chairs overlooking the views for alfresco drinking and dining.
The parking is up to two cars and is located directly opposite the barn, there is also space if you’d like to bring bikes too.
Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 1 pet due to the layout of the accommodation. Pets must be housetrained and are not permitted on the furniture. They must be added to the booking prior to arrival.

House Rules: . No smoking inside the house or premises.
2. Please respect our neighbours - quiet from 10pm to 8am.
3. Maximum 4 adults. (Children 8+ are classed as adults)
3. No unregistered guests are allowed on site.
4. No parties inc. no hen parties/stag dos.
5. Please take care of the furnishings and keys, damages are liable to the guest.
6. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
7. No glass, china, bottles or other breakable items allowed in the garden or hot tub- only use the plastic ones provided.
8. No unregistered pets.
