Objektbeschreibung des Gastgebers:
An old stone house in an athmospheric little halmet with gorgeous scenery. The house was fully renovated in 2012 according to high Scandinavian standards.

We are a Finnish gay couple, who fell in love with this peaceful and charming part of Tuscany with green hills, chestnut woods, excellent cuisine and friendly people.

In the surroundings you will find trekking paths, clear mountain rivers for swimming, quiet old villages, and incredible peace. And when you have rested enough, the nearby towns offer restaurants and bars, fashion and shopping etc.

As we live in Finland, the entire house is reserved for your use.

1st floor:
Kitchen (dish-washer)

Ground floor:
Bedroom (twin beds)

Mezzanine:
Bedroom (single bed & convertible sofa)
Roof terrace (charcoal barbeque)

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Dogs are welcome.

Check-in time after 16:00, check-out by 12:00. Preferable check-in and check-out day is Sunday, other week-days on request.

The nearest airports are in Pisa (100 km), Parma (100 km), Genova (130 km), Firenze (160 km) and Milano (200 km). From the airports there are regular train connections to Villafranca in Lunigiana, where you can take a taxi for the last 10 km to the house.

However, even though there are local buses for your daily excursions, we recommend that you rent a car from the airport in order to get the most out of your holiday. In the village within 10 min walk there is an authentic Italian country trattoria, where you can as well buy elementary groceries. More facilities, shops and restaurants can be found in Bagnone, 5 km from the house.

Within a 100 km radius you can find lots of tourist attractions: Pisa, Le Cinque Terre, Lucca, Portofino, Parma... The closest bigger city with some gay bars is La Spezia, 40 km from the house, and the closest gay beaches are in that area, too. The center of Italian gay beach life, Torre del Lago, is 80 km from the house. More information e.g. at www.guidagay.it

Thanks to the central heating and the stove, in wintertime the house is an excellent base for skiers. Only 50 km from the house you will find two winter sport resorts: Cerreto Laghi (www.cerretolaghi-ski.it) and Zum Zeri (www.zumzeri.net).
