This is my family house built in 1926 and renovated in 2002. Its the house that my grand parents and parents lived and passed through on to me. Its consisted of 2 bedrooms 1 lliving room 1 dining room and 2 wc, one small one and the other large with laundry in it and shower.
Its decorated with artistic style so dont expect to find ikea furniture.
During the summer months the larger wc is available only till 9pm. Then you may use the small one also for your shower. There are 2 ac, one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room and a fan in the smaller bedroom. On the same building you have access to our roof garden lounge with drinks, snacks and food every day after 7pm. (A special 10% discount is offered to all of our guests). The house is ideally situated in the heat of the area of Gazi a very popular gay frieedly area with bars, restaurants,.sauna and outdoor cafes. The line 3 of the subway is just 100m away and to go to Acropolis or the Keramikos sight or the Syntagma Sq.a and Plaka, the old city of Athens can easily be walking distance. So yes you are practically in the City Center. We love joyful people and we love to share and offer our hospitality. I lived many years in New York and so I am very open to all cultures and people. Still we expect you to respect the love we have for this house and be cautious. we wish you A pleasant stay.
